Just a few minutes' walk from our mountain restaurant lies the Penken reservoir with the famous "Garnet Chapel". Whether just to enjoy a short walk or to soak up a few rays of sunshine in a romantic spot.
A paradise for bikers
Take advantage of the convenient "Gondola & Bike" offer, hop aboard the lift and go up to the Penkenjoch at 2,095 meters above sea level, where you will be able to set out and experience fantastic pedaling pleasures.
And whenever you are ready to recharge your batteries, enjoy a refreshment stop back at the Penkentenne.

Pepis Kinderland
The highlight of the adventure playground in Zillertal with jump air cushion, sand play area, balancing paths and much more can be seen from afar. An 8 metres high wooden bear,
"Penkenpepi", welcomes all children to Pepis Kinderland, where the ultimate playground for all children is housed inside as well as outside!

The fascination of climbing - only a 10-minute walk away from the Penkentenne!
A secured, 180 meters-long via ferrata climb, located in the midst of glorious landscapes. With the character of more challenging, more remote climbs, it is either just for fun or to work on your rock-climbing skills.
